Manage your applications

You need the admin rights to use this feature.

Application Management/ Applications provides a centralised view of all applications across every project in the KAIZEN environment. Unlike the Projects page, where applications are managed within the context of a single project, this page aggregates every application for cross-project visibility and quick lookup.

Application Management/ Applications

This is the main interface for viewing and searching all applications in the KAIZEN environment.

Search and filter panel

This section at the top allows you to quickly find specific applications.

FieldDescription
NameSearch for applications by their name.
Application IdentitySearch by the unique application identity string assigned to each application.
ProjectFilter applications by the project they belong to.
Branch NameFilter applications by their associated Git branch name.
  • Search: Applies the specified filters to the applications list.
  • Clear: Resets all filter fields to their default state.

Applications list

The table displays all the applications in the KAIZEN environment, with columns providing key information at a glance.

ColumnDescription
No.The sequential number of the item in the list.
NameThe user-defined name of the application. This column is sortable.
Application IdentityThe unique identifier string for the application. This column is sortable.
ProjectThe project that the application belongs to.
Branch NameThe Git branch associated with this application version.
DescriptionA brief description of the application's purpose or scope.
StatusThe current lifecycle status of the application (e.g., Active). This column is sortable.
Update TimeThe date and time when the application was last updated. This column is sortable.
ActionsOperations that can be performed on an individual application row.

Actions

For each application in the list, the Actions column provides the following function:
